Have you made specific travel plans? No
Not mentioning your monthly income if you will pay for your study and living expenses yourself.
Monthly Salary in Local Currency (if employed):

Answering “No” when asked if you were previously refused a U.S. visa or refused admission, if your visa was in fact refused before:
Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?
If your visa was refused before, a famous mistake is not explaining the reason for refusal in the next field:

Important Note:
If you haven’t paid the visa fee and booked your appointment yet, you can submit a new corrected form and update the confirmation number on the appointment website.
But if you’ve already paid and booked, you cannot update the confirmation number on the website. However, you can still submit a corrected form and take it with the confirmation page to the interview, just mention it directly to the officer. This is a tested and completely acceptable method.
